2001

In the summer of 2001, Susanne Rüdel (today Susanne Weber) founded BöHM.s deko & wohnambiente GmbH based in Munich.

In the business premises in the MTC/ Modezentrum Munich, she opened a wholesale business for decoration and home accessories, mainly for the commercial sector. During this period, the focus was on showroom and shop decoration away from the traditional plastic flower.

 

2002

A wonderful cooperation with a very innovative German textile manufacturer that continues to this day begins.

Since then they have been creating and producing cushions, plaids, armchairs and all textiles for the living and commercial area in its most beautiful and individual form.

 

2006

At the latest since 2006 - sometimes even earlier - she has been carrying well-known labels - such as the collection of "finch"

 

2009

After a few years of gaining experience with various manufacturers of candles in the very high-quality sector from Germany and France, she meets Thomas Engels - owner ofEngels candle manufacture in Germany, a family business that has been producing the most beautiful and highest quality candles for generations. Since then, they have enjoyed a very successful working relationship to this day.

 

2011

BöHM.s decoration & wohnambiente in Reith near Kitzbühel opens its doors at Kitzbühelerstraße 10, initially in the small of two business premises.

At that time, the direct neighbor was a "Schlecker" branch.

 

2012

BöHM.s Deco & Wohnambiente receives the license to use the "Kitzbühel" logo and the "Kitzbühel Gams" and begins to produce "Kitzbühel products".

In February 2012, the first "Kitzbühel" product came onto the market together with the very well-known Spanish perfumerJimmy Boyd create the "Kitzbühel" fragrance, which is also a successful product in the range to this day.

In the next step, together with their long-term partner, they began producing the cushions & Armchair with "Gams" - embroidered in a noble and high-quality way.

BöHM.s starts sales with a completely new product, the "permanent candles“, one of the most successful products in the range to date.

B2C and B2B - they serve the private - and also the commercial sector - especially the hotel and catering industry

 

2014

The "Schlecker" era ends - the large shop at Kitzbühelerstraße 10 becomes vacant.

Another big leap. Böhm.s Deko & Living ambience in Reith near Kitzbühel is expanding and moving from the small to the large shop -

a leap from around 80 to now over 300 square meters.

 

2016

A decision with far-reaching consequences - Munich or Kitzbühel - Susanne Weber was unable to maintain either business despite working with her partner and later husband.

So after 15 years she decided to use Böhm.s Deko & Wohnambiente GmbH to clear the showroom in Munich to devote himself entirely to business in Austria.

In addition to the large shop, she now also takes over the small shop again and opens the first "Angel Candles“ shop in Austria.

2017

Another very well-known manufacturer enriches the selected range of BöHM.s - theLambert-Collection 2017.

 

The range of in-house productions is constantly expanding.

"Kitzbühel-Gams"-& Logo can now be found on high-quality floor mats and on "felt" products such as placemats.

 

2019

Susanne Weber's husband leaves the company completely for personal reasons.

From this point on, Susanne Weber is again the sole owner & Manager.

 

2020

Susanne Weber's son, Alexander Rüdel, joins the company.

In addition to day-to-day business, his area of responsibility includes all aspects of IT, web design and marketing.

He also looks after the b2b area and is responsible for the field service.

 

2021

Our own productions are expanded.

The "chamois" in granite, unusual one-offs made of wood, lamps....

Over the years, we have increasingly focused our attention on in-house productions and manufacturers mainly from Germany and Austria.
